The staff was very good and courteous, I stayed for 4 nights. The room was cheap and extremely spacious with private bathroom. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and central heating, multi-channel TV and an electric kettle were a bonus.

Spotless and cheap units with the seaview and a nice balcony plus a seaside view, and lovely staff. Marvellous and incredible location to Great Orme.

Immediate access to beach, charming historical character, pleasant front garden
A complete refresh of the furnishings is necessary!!! The outdated decor and worn seating leave much to be desired. The maintenance of facilities should be prioritized to avoid issues like broken amenities and dusty surfaces!!!

Recommend it for solo travelers seeking a decent stay
The room was clean and had a nice sea view, perfect for my needs and surprisingly decent for the price. Plus, the staff was friendly when I checked in, offered me some lovely fresh coffee from the kitchen, a nice touch that just.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but still acceptable given the location and what you get.

Recommend it for couples on a budget
The view from our sea side room was fine, watching the waves crash against the rocks at dawn was something else, And the hosts, they were genuinely friendly and cute. It reminded me of a family vibe, especially when they went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable, helped with our bags and gave us tips on local spots.
It wasn't exactly a bargain but for what we paid, it was still reasonable.

Charming Stay with Room for Improvement
I enjoyed my two-night stay, particularly the cozy pub atmosphere. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room showed signs of age, and I recommend asking for a room facing the garden for a quieter stay. Lovely location in Llandudno!

The twins' room with a sea view was a highlight, offering a fine backdrop . Breakfast featured traditional local products. Concerns arose due to unkempt common areas and an outdated room decor that detracted from the charm of the building. Staff assistance was variable, reflecting a management gap in response to inquiries about amenities and conditions.
